Construction to start on $130M apartment project in STL

Memphis, Tennessee-based Development Services Group closed financing for a $130 million St. Louis apartment project, allowing construction to begin.

The rehabilitation of the 1906-built Butler Brothers building is slated to add 384 apartments, 400 underground parking spots, space for a street-level restaurant and a possible second eatery or bar with access to the rooftop.

The entire project is slated for completion by early 2024.
