Keystone Construction Co. has started work on the next phase of The District, an entertainment destination located off Interstate 64.
The Hub, a new $4 million outdoor entertainment space, is slated for completion in spring 2023.
The Staenberg Group is the developer of The District, which will include live music, retail, dining and other attractions.
