Construction has started on a new Veterans Administration health clinic in Rolla.
The 75,000-square-foot clinic is replacing a St. James facility. The new clinic is designed to be nearly 10 times larger than the St. James location.
Officials expect to open the Rolla clinic in summer 2027 and add more than a dozen specialty care areas.
