Construction has started on a $40 million apartment complex in downtown St. Louis.
With finalized financing in place, along with city approvals and incentives, San Francisco-based Balboa Real Estate Partners launched site work for the seven-story building.
The complex is designed to comprise 148 units, 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and 48 parking spots.
