Brentwood, Tenn.-based Tractor Supply Co. will lease this 19,180-square-foot building from developer Brad and Dad’s, according to Rob Phillips, project manager with Rich Kramer Construction. The single-story retail structure is slated for completion in June and will be a pre-engineered building with concrete block. According to www.tractorsupply.com, the company has 948 stores in 44 states, and its products include supplies and equipment for horses and small animals, lawn and garden power equipment, tools, work and casual clothing and footwear, and home décor.
