Construction in the Ozarks: Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri

Posted online
MSI is the general contractor for a roughly 4,900-square-foot permanent branch in Willard for Cassville-based Freedom Bank of Southern Missouri. Architect Kent Sanders of Sapp Design Associates Architects PC said the full-service branch will have a brick and stone exterior, drive through lanes and an on-site automated teller machine. The engineers are Toth and Associates Inc., structural, and Olsson Associates Inc., civil, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. Sanders said the estimated construction cost, not including land or site work, is $650,000. Matt Kelley, Freedom Bank branch president in Willard, said the bank has branches in Cassville and Seligman, and the Willard branch opened in a temporary location, 432 W. Jackson St., in July 2010. The new branch is slated for completion in the spring, tentatively by March 1, Kelley said.
