Construction in the Ozarks: DiVentures Scuba and Swim Center

Nabholz Construction Services is the general contractor for an 11,800-square-foot structure that will house DiVentures Scuba and Swim Center. RH Real Estate Co. LLC is the owner/developer of the roughly $2.4 million project, designed by architecture firm H Design Group LLC. Kent Doughty, project manager with Nabholz, said crews are completing the exterior, which utilizes precast structural steel and masonry. Engineers for the project are CJW Transportation Consultants LLC, civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc., mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The facility will include a heated swimming pool, diving well, locker rooms, retail space and classrooms. Interior Planning Consultants Inc. is the interior designer, and Fishel Pools is the project’s aquatic consultant. Omaha, Neb-based DiVentures will relocate its Springfield store from 5601 S. Campbell Ave. Completion is slated for April.
