Construction in the Ozarks: AG Financial Solutions

Assemblies of God USA’s financial services arm, AG Financial Solutions, should move to its 60,000-square-foot headquarters in Chesterfield Village in late November, said Carl Hren, project manager with general contractor Killian Construction Co. Bates & Associates Inc. is the architect for the three-story structure, and the engineers are Anderson Engineering Inc., civil; Miller Engineering PC, structural; and Colvin Jones Davis LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. The project has an estimated cost of $10 million, according to a city building permit. The building sits on the final 8.5-acre site slated for development in Chesterfield Village.
