Construction Around Town: Twin Oaks Office Park

MoDoCo Inc. is the general contractor for this 10,600-square-foot building in the Twin Oaks Office Park. Slone Architects Inc. is the architect. This Three-D Properties Inc.-owned project is slated for completion Sept. 15. The estimated construction cost, not including infill, is $1.06 million.

According to Morris Dock of MoDoCo, the upper level of Building B is being sold to Equitable Mortgage and the lower level is available for sale or lease.

The building has barrel gables on all four sides and black brick with stone inlays.
