Work is continuing at this retail development owned by Resource Develop-ment Inc. In addition to a facelift of the existing Town & Country Center, the development includes two new retail structures, according to leasing agent Ken Schwab of Wilhoit Properties. One houses AT&T, which has already moved in, and Radio Shack will join AT&T in the same structure in February 2003, Schwab said. An International House of Pancakes will be located in a freestanding structure. IHOP's space is to be completed in December, Schwab said. He added that immediately south of IHOP is 3,300 square feet of space, and a letter of intent has been signed for 2,300 square feet of it. The changes at Town & Country are all part of a $12.5 million total investment by Bill Jester, RDI founder and president. |ret||ret||tab|
