Wirt Construction Company is the general contractor for this 102,000-square-foot multipurpose fitness and recreational facility owned by CoxHealth. The architect is Butler Rosenbury and Partners Inc. Estimated construction cost, not including architectural fees and furnishings, is $11.7 million, said Tim Flavin, principal at Wirt. The completion date is estimated for June 2003.|ret||ret||tab|

A barrel-vaulted roof will cover a full-size basketball court. There are two racquetball courts, a hot tub, sauna area, steam rooms, an eighth mile running track, weight room, aerobic exercise areas, exam and physical therapy rooms, concession area and office spaces. There is an 80-by-40-foot pool and a 20-by-20-foot therapy pool.|ret||ret||tab|
