Developer Howard Bailey is investing $7 million in this five-building, 156-unit apartment complex. Bailey's construction company, Howard Bailey Co., is serving as general contractor, and H Design Group is the architect. BaCo Investments LLC is the entity that owns the complex.
Although the apartments will not be complete until spring 2004, Bailey said leasing will begin in summer 2003. There will be nearly 100,000 square feet of leaseable space among one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The Wooten Co. will manage the rentals, Bailey said.
