Owned and developed by St. John's Regional Health Center, this $20 million, 216,000-square-foot health care facility is set to have its ground floor and shell complete by spring 2003, said Ramsey Manning, project manager for DeWitt & Associates, general contractor.
The ground floor will have eight outpatient operating rooms and associated recovery areas. Christner Inc. of St. Louis is the architect for the ground floor and shell. Floors two through five will be for doctors' offices, with additional architects handling the design of these areas according to doctors' needs, Manning said. There will be parking to accommodate 313 vehicles.
