Morelock-Ross is the general contractor for this 22,000-square-foot strip center, which should be completed by Sept. 1. The building, which has an estimated construction cost of $1.25 million, is a pre-engineered steel structure with brick and glass and EIFS exterior.

The architect for the project is Marshall-Waters-Woody. The structure will have six to 10 tenant bays, and tenants can be retail or office professionals. The owner of the project is HMR Properties.
