Construction Around Town: Signature Bank - 3345 S. Campbell Ave

Duwayne Eoff of Eoff & Associates is the general contractor and Bill Derington Architects AIA is the architect/engineer for the expansion of the South Campbell Signature Bank branch.

The estimated cost of the 12,000-square-foot project is $1.2 million. The addition will expand the existing real estate and mortgage department and will accommodate eight employees.

The expansion is scheduled for completion at the end of the year, according to Jan Baumgartner, Signature Bank senior vice president.
