Morelock-Ross is the general contractor for this 13,000-square-foot facility. Slone Architects is the architect and Shaffer & Hines is the engineer. The project, which has an estimated construction cost of $1.8 million.
The new structure will be Peoples Bank of the Ozarks' main banking facility in Nixa. It will consolidate the retail banking services now offered at 201 and 204 Village Center, and the bank's administrative offices.
