This $1.045 million project for Bradford Park South LP is a 13,600-square-foot building zoned for office or retail use. The space comprises 11,600 square feet on the main level with a 2,000-square-foot mezzanine. The structure will be faced with brick on three sides and features overhead doors on the south side, according to leasing agent Neil Stenger of CJR Commercial Group.
The space will lease for $6 per square foot, triple net, with a $20-per-square-foot tenant infill allowance, and a five-year minimum lease. Williams Construction Inc. is the general contractor on the project, and Richard Werner is the architect. The building is slated for completion by Aug. 31.
