Southwest Builders Inc. is the general contractor for this new, stand-alone banking facility for Metropolitan National Bank. Slone Architects Inc. is the architect and Hood-Rich Inc. is the engineer for the 3,500-square-foot facility, which has an estimated construction cost of $1 million. The full-service banking facility includes three drive-up teller lanes and a drive-up ATM. Jeff Julich, president of Southwest Builders, said the project will be completed by the end of July. Crews are now completing the parking lot, doing finish stone work on the exterior, and installing the flooring, he said. |ret||ret||tab|
