Harold Gray of Missouri Supermarket Builders is the general contractor and Alan Bates of Bates and Associates is the architect for this project, which is owned and developed by CRW Properties. Engineering services are provided by Quantum Group.
The project comprises a 7,500-square-foot hay barn and 50 concrete storage units. The hay barn and storage units are Phase I of the Deerfield General Store development. (Hillbilly Bills will be renamed Deerfield General Store upon completion of a new store facility).
The hay barn will be used to store grain, farm projects, hay and lumber. The storage units are available for rental.
