SBI is the general contractor and Lohmeyer-Russell PC is the architect for this 42,000-square-foot multipurpose facility. Engineers for the project are: J.S. Smith Consulting Engineers for structural; Smith-Goth Consulting Engineers for mechanical and electrical; and Friesen Engineers for civil. Curtis Looney of SBI said the structure is scheduled for completion by Easter 2004. The estimated cost for the structure is $3 million to $4 million. The multipurpose facility will include a 600-person fellowship room for recreation and worship, and 23 classrooms on two levels. A large foyer, commercial kitchen and offices also are included. |ret||ret||tab|
