Construction Around Town: Croley Insurance and Financial Inc.

Joe Kitsmiller is the general contractor and Sam A. Winn & Associates Architects PC is the architect for the new location of this 54-year-old insurance company. Anderson Engineering Inc. is providing the civil engineering. Jack Haney, PE, is providing the structural engineering, and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the HVAC engineer. The estimated cost of the 4,600-square-foot structure is $700,000. Kitsmiller said the finishing touches are being completed on the facility, and it should be finished by the end of July. The structure is designed with add-on capabilities that could bring the total space to 17,000 square feet. A 4,300-square-foot second phase is planned.
