Construction Around Town: CoxHealth Center Nixa - 411 N. McCroskey

SBI is the general contractor and Bates & Associates is the architect for this clinic expansion for owner/developer CoxHealth. According to Mary Jackson, medical office building project manager for CoxHealth, the clinic is expanding because of demands for additional health care in Nixa. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins Inc. is the engineer for the 6,297-square-foot structure, which is slated for completion in July 2004. The new space makes room for the addition of Dr. Kevin Tulipana, a family practitioner who joins pediatricians Dr. Angela Richmond and Dr. Lora Schauer. The expanded clinic will provide a larger reception area, business office and procedure room, as well as more parking.
