The architectural firm H Design Group LLC is moving from 4114 S. Lone Pine to 2,500 square feet of space at 5051 S. National, Building 7, Ste. A. Howard Bailey Company is the general contractor for the 6,000-square-foot structure. H Design Group is the architect. The estimated project cost is $400,000, and the anticipated completion date for the infill of H Design's offices, studio and conference room is July 26, said Adam Pyle, superintendent for Howard Bailey.
