Construction and Design: Youngblood Nissan

Howard Bailey Constuction is the general contractor for this remodel and addition for Youngblood Nissan. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect for the project and is also doing some of the engineering. Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins is also engineer for the project. The total square footage, including the addition and the remodel, is about 18,500 square feet, according to Adam Pyle, project manager with Howard Bailey.

The estimated cost, according to the building permit filed with the city of Springfield, is $950,000.

The project is scheduled for completion in about eight months. Demolition and site work have been done in preparation for the construction, which will provide a new showroom, offices, service entrance and parts area.
