WIC Properties is the owner-developer of this structure, which will offer retail warehouse and sales space. Dock Brothers Construction is the general contractor and Butler, Rosenbury & Partners is the architect and the engineer for the single-story structure. The pre-engineered building will be 18,000 square feet, according to Dock Brothers President Paul Dock. The estimated completion date is August. The approximate construction cost is $650,000, Dock said, and the structure will most likely house a single tenant.
