Construction and Design: The Foot Doctors PC

TFD LLC is the corporate owner/developer of this 13,159-square-foot building that will house The Foot Doctors PC in the majority of the space.TFD LLC is owned by Drs. Lorene A. Van Dam, Russell T. Dirksen and Mark A. Seiden, who also own The Foot Doctors PC, according to corporate administrator Shawn Lowe-Dillard. Carson-Mitchell Inc. is the general contractor for the project and Rita Baron of Baron Design and Associates is the architect. Silverhill is the structural engineer; Anderson Engineering and Friesen Engineering did the civil engineering; and Malone Finkle Eckhardt & Collins handled mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering, according to Kit Carson. Lowe-Dillard said Springfield Physical Therapy is leasing 4,000 square feet of the structure and the remainder will be used by The Foot Doctors PC. The estimated construction cost is $1.8 million and the lender is Signature Bank.

Carson said the building is a precast single-story structure with a wood-shingle roof.
