Located on the campus of Drury University, this project is a renovation of the school's former science building. Bales Construction is the general contractor for the project and the architect is John Oke-Thomas of Oke-Thomas + Associates Architects. Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. is the engineer. The estimated construction cost is $1.4 million, according to Tom Wood, vice president of Bales Construction. Scheduled for a March 2005 completion, the project will transform the old science building into an approximately 36,000-square-foot education center. The center will have classrooms and offices.|ret||ret||tab|
