John Q. Hammons is the owner/developer of this new lodging facility in Jordan Valley Park. Killian Construction is the general contractor, and Pellham Phillips Hagerman is the architect and the engineer for the 79,859-square-foot building. The four-story hotel will have 120 guest rooms. Some rooms have mini-kitchenettes, and two suites have full kitchens, according to Stan Hammack, vice president of operations with Killian Construction. There will be a limited-service kitchen, a lounge and an indoor spa and exercise room. There will be a business center with computer hook-up capability, copy and fax machines, and a gift shop will be on site. The outdoor courtyard features a swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The building's exterior is a combination of brick veneer and exterior insulation finish system. The estimated completion date is March 2005. |ret||ret||tab|
