Charlie's Chicken of America is developing its first Missouri eatery, a 3,200-square-foot structure. Royal Construction is the general contractor. Mike Hughes Architects of Oklahoma is the architect, and project engineers are Hood-Rich Inc., Snowden Engineering of Tulsa, Okla., and John Weller, also of Tulsa. The estimated cost is $500,000 for the nearly complete project. Charlie's Chicken has its headquarters in Muskogee, Okla. The fast-food restaurant specializes in chicken, features cafeteria-style serving and will have seating for 104 in the new store.
