Morelock-Ross Builders is the general contractor for owner/developer Randy Magers' 46,400-square-foot, $7.5 million development. Slone Architects is the architect on the project, and engineers are Heithaus Engineering, Quantum Group and Edelman Engineering. According to Kenny Ross, vice president of Morelock-Ross, Battlefield Marketplace is nearing a mid-August completion date. Tenants for the development include South Beach Tanning Salon, Buffalo Wild Wings, Camille's Restaurant, Fish (a restaurant), Star Nails, Three Dog Bakery, Qdoba, Cookie Cutters, M.B.Tweens, Jellybeans and Bandanas Barbecue, said Rob Murray, vice president of R.B. Murray and the leasing agent for the development. There is one 2,100-square-foot bay available, but there are transactions pending for that space, Murray said.|ret||ret||tab|
