Construction |amp| Design: Golden Pond Center

Countryland Property Management LLC is the owner/developer of the 9,000-square-foot retail strip center in the Golden Pond subdivision. Eoff & Associ-ates is the general contractor and H Design Group LLC is the architect and engineer. The estimated construction cost was not disclosed, but the lender is Great Southern Bank. The estimated completion date is Sept. 1. The center will accommodate five or six tenants, including a Chinese restaurant, and a Fantastic Sam's hair salon. Other tenants are in negotiation, and Countryland Property Management LLC will have a small office in the center.
