The building at 1514-18 E. Bradford Parkway will house the offices of Jack E. Weimer, CPA, PC. Carleton Building Co. is the general contractor for the building, designed by Pentecost Architects Inc. About 4,000 square feet of the 6,700-square-foot building is available for lease. There is 1,300 square feet of common area in the building, including a conference room and a foyer with 24-foot ceilings. Weimer is the owner of the building.
