CastleGate Office Condominiums, at the corner of Fremont and Bradford Parkway, is being built by Carleton Building Co. Joe Jenson, of Pellham-Phillips-Hagerman, is the project architect. The 12,600-square-foot Building A, pictured, is pre-sold and pre-leased and will contain five tenants and owners. The development features French country design and English-garden landscaping. When complete, the development will comprise four buildings. Scott Felly is project manager and Gregg Stancer, of AmerUs Commercial Group, is marketing the property.

Under construction beside the existing Republic branch of the Springfield-Greene County Library District – which remains in operation throughout the project – is a new building that will double the size of the original, according to library officials.
