Located at 1460 E. Primrose, this new restaurant will offer deli-style sandwiches, soups and spuds in a family dining atmosphere. The building features seating for 150 and an exterior patio. Owned by Richard Vance and designed by architects JPS & Associates Inc., it is slated for a May 10, 1998, completion date. Nabholz Construction Corporation, of Ozark, is the general contractor on the 3,504-square-foot building, which has an estimated construction cost of $360,000.
