Nathan’s Famous, a staple of Coney Island in New York, has sold to packaged meat company Smithfield Foods.
The all-cash deal is valued at $450 million.
Smithfield has held the rights to sell Nathan’s products in the U.S. and Canada and at Sam’s Club stores in Mexico since 2014, according to The Associated Press.
