Fintech firm CompoSecure is planning to buy Husky Technologies from Platinum Equity, according to report by The Wall Street Journal.
The deal is reportedly valued at $5 billion, including debt.
CompoSecure is backed by former Honeywell CEO David Cote. Husky provides injection molding systems and services to the plastics industry.
