Compass Inc. (NYSE: COMP) has reached a deal to buy Anywhere Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: HOUS).
The deal is valued at $10 billion, including the assumption of debt.
Anywhere's brands include Century 21 and Coldwell Banker.
