Vermont-based Lake Champlain Chocolates issued a recall for chocolate products sold in all 50 states.
One customer found "brittle plastic pieces" in their chocolate, according to the recall notice posted by the Food and Drug Administration.
The recall covers a variety of products, including hazelnut, almond and granola.
