Michigan-based Precision Vehicle Holding has withdrawn a proposed rail project in the St. Louis suburb of Maryland Heights.
The company had planned to build a facility that would house and ship thousands of General Motors vehicles.
The companies plan to find another site after complaints from residents and government officials.
