The program, which is updated each year, calls for spending about $7.1 billion over the period. That includes $5.7 billion for highway and bridge projects, $700 million for other modes of transportation and $700 million for city and county projects.
Projects include improvements to highways, bridges, aviation, railroads, waterways and public transportation.
