Commercial Street Industrial Center

Darin Lowder’s 123 Enterprises Inc. is the owner, developer and general contractor for the Commercial Street Industrial Center, which comprises five buildings with 20,000 square feet each of space for rent. H Design Group LLC is the architect and HBH Engineers is the engineer for the project, which has an estimated cost of $1 million, with financing from Great Southern Bank.

The buildings are of Quonset-hut style with brick façade. Office space is available in the front with warehouse space in the rear, or tenants can opt for all-warehouse space. The estimated completion date is in mid-January.
