Project description: Developer Darin Lowder said construction began last summer on the five-unit Quonset-hut style complex, which could accommodate retail, warehouse or office space. Listing agent Kevin McAdams of Pellham Commercial Realtors said the list price for the complex is $1.2 million, with the individual buildings listed for $265,000 to $295,000. McAdams said leasing is an option, though rates have not been set.
