Kansas City-based Commerce Bank named a new chief credit officer.
David Orf, who has worked as the credit executive for the western half of Commerce's market, is slated to take on the promotion Jan. 1.
He succeeds the retiring Dan Callahan, who has held the chief credit officer position for 10 of his 17 years with the company. Callahan agreed to stay on for an extra year to help with the transition and credit administration projects. His full retirement is slated for January 2022.
