The dividend on the company’s common stock (Nasdaq: CBSH) is payable Sept. 26 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on Sept. 12.
The dividend announcement follows the company’s July 15 announcement that second-quarter earnings totaled 77 cents per share, up 2.7 percent from a year ago.
