H Design Group is the architect for Drury Properties’ Comfort Suites at 310 E. Monastery. Mettemeyer Engineering is the structural engineer, Colvin Jones Davis LLC is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer and Anderson Engineering is the civil engineer. Denali Construction is the general contractor and Interior Planning Consultants is the interior designer. The 87-room hotel features a business center, indoor pool, exercise room, common sitting area and a coffee shop. The four-story building will offer comfortable and convenient upscale accommodations and is scheduled for completion in June. Estimated cost and lending information were not disclosed.
