Comfort Inn & Suites

Springfield Builders Inc. is the general contractor for renovations at Comfort Inn & Suites for owner/developer Ganeshram Tahoe Inc. John David Limp is the architect. Engineers are Silverhill Co. LLC, structural; and Tharp & Associates Consulting Engineers Inc., mechanical and electrical. Renovations to the 48,000-square-foot, 78-room facility include a new swimming pool mural and in-ground hot tub, granite countertops in the rooms, new wallpaper and window treatments, revamped exteriors and entrances, new air conditioning units and energy-efficient light fixtures. A. Deckard Interiors LLC played a large role in the renovations. Great Southern Bank is the lender for the approximately $1.8 million project, slated for completion Oct. 31.
