Project description: This project is a new 41,000-square-foot, 81-unit Comfort Inn & Suites franchise location with amenities including a fitness room, a dedicated flex room for meetings, a business center and landscaped patio. Most guest rooms are suites to accommodate families and business travelers alike. The property is located next to the St James Winery for quick access to the town’s largest tourist draw, project officials say.
