Comcast offers $31B for Sky

U.S. cable company Comcast made a $31 billion offer for London's Sky.

The offer for the pay-TV group challenges an already agreed upon but lower bid from Rupert Murdoch's Fox.

Officials with Twenty-First Century Fox, which already owns 39 percent of Sky, said the company remains committed to the deal.
