Comcast reached a new deal with the International Olympic Committee.
The $3 billion deal is for media rights for the Olympic Games through 2036.
With the deal, Comcast has the rights for the 2034 Winter Olympics and the 2036 Summer Olympics. The company's previous agreement would have terminated following the 2032 Olympics.
