Comcast Corp. is considering whether to revive its pursuit of 21st Century Fox' entertainment assets, people familiar with the matter told The Wall Street Journal.
According to the sources, Comcast believes it can outshine Disney, which agreed to buy the assets in December for $52.4 billion in stock.
Fox previously declined a bid in the $60 billion range from Comcast over antitrust concerns, the sources said.
